  1. Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is a leading organization of Family Planning (FP) and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for last 65 years in the country. It has been a pioneer to bring changes in quality of life for Nepali people. Established in 1959, FPAN, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), a major partner of the Government of Nepal’s national family planning program, contributing significant share in family planning/reproductive health services annually. FPAN is Nepal’s first national sexual and reproductive health service delivery and advocacy organization. FPAN’s mission is to “champion a volunteer movement for increased provision of SRHR to all, particularly to those most at risk, marginalized and under-served”. FPAN works across 44 districts to provide essential SRH services to poor, marginalized, socially excluded, and underserved (PMSEU) communities; including sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV); Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer (LGBTIQ) persons; injecting drug users (IDUs); migrant workers; survivors of sexual gender-based violence (SGBV); people with disabilities (PwD),  urban slum dwellers and people affected by disasters and crisis.
  2. FPAN invites request for proposal (technical and financial) from interested Nepali individual consultant to deliver on the assignment “Document evidence on the impact, effectiveness and learning of “Advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights of persons with disabilities in Nepal”   under the Vaestoliitto project” meeting their experience and qualification mentioned in Terms of Reference (ToR).
  3. The consultant shall prepare two  “Technical” and “Financial” proposal. The consultant shall prepare the proposal in  two envelopes/folder (1 and 2) and should be clearly marked with (1) “Technical Proposal” and (2) “Financial Proposal. The 1st envelope/folder should mention- Technical Proposal and the 2nd envelop/folder mention- Financial Proposal. The consultant having any queries regarding the ToR can send an e-mail to fpan@fpan.org.np. Answers to questions of the consultant/consulting firm will be sent by email.  The interested individual must meet minimum required qualification and experience mentioned under the ‘Terms of Reference’ available on FPAN website: www.fpan.org.
  4. Request for proposal must be submitted to the Central office of FPAN, Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur by hand on or email to procurement@fpan.org.np or before 17:00 Hours on 12-December -2024. Proposals received after this deadline will be rejected.
  5. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
  6. The consultant /consulting firm who had already submitted the RFQ as per first notice published on 4th December 2024 on the same category need not apply.
  7. FPAN reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed proposals or RFP without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
