Currently, FPAN has 28 Branch offices, covering all seven provinces.

Koshi Province: Jhapa, Ilam, Sunsari, Morang, Dhankuta

Madhesh Province:  Sarlahi, Saptari, Dhanusha, Mahottari

Bagmati Province:  Kavre, Chitwan, Makwanpur, and Kathmandu (covering Kathmandu and

Gandaki Province:  Kaski, Baglung

Lumbini Province: Banke, Bardiya, Dang, Rupandehi, Palpa, Nawalparasi, Kapilbastu

Karnali Province: Surkhet, Dailekh

Sudurpaschim Province: Kailali, Kanchanpur, Doti, Baitadi

Currently, FPAN runs 61 static centres spread in 31 districts, covering all seven provinces: 18 doctor-based Family Health Clinics, including 8 government-accredited FP/SRH training centres, 3 birthing centres, 14 midlevel service provider-based Branch Community Clinics, and 29 paramedics-based Community Clinics.

FPAN mobilizes its mobile teams to conduct outreach at community level; and mobilizes its frontline health workers and Reproductive Health Female Volunteers (RHFVs) to provide counselling at doorsteps and community-based distribution of short acting contraceptives.

FPAN also mobilizes peer educators from key affected populations and other vulnerable groups. It runs a helpline telephone service to provide quality information, counselling and referral services on FP/SRH, by trained counsellors.
