  1. Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is a leading organization of Family Planning (FP) and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for last more than six decades in the country. It has been a pioneer to bring changes in quality of life for Nepali people. Established in 1959, FPAN, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), a major partner of the Government of Nepal’s national family planning program, contributing significant share in family planning/reproductive health services annually. FPAN is Nepal’s first national sexual and reproductive health service delivery and advocacy organization. FPAN works across 44 districts to provide essential SRH services to poor, marginalized, socially excluded, and underserved (PMSEU) communities, including sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS, LGBTIQ people, IDUs, migrant workers, survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), persons with disabilities and people affected by disasters and crisis.
  2. FPAN invites application from registered suppliers/vendors/individuals for supply & delivery of goods and services in the below mentioned categories for Annual Vendor/Empanelment Listing FY 2025:

  1. Vendors/Individuals interested to be listed in the annual vendor list (AVL) /roaster are requested to submit their application. Interested Vendors/Individuals must send duly filled & signed application form in hard copies along with the company/individual profile, copy of trade license, copies of valid company registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate, Financial Statements for last three years, experience evidence documents (references or recommendation letters or list of customer etc) by hand  or send the documents through online portal https://bolpatranepal.com before 17:00 Hours on 22-December-2024.
  2. The hard copies should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the subject FPAN, CO-001EOI02122025 vendor listing and mention the category from the category list or submit their documents through Bolpatranepal.com. Therefore, all interested vendors are requested to respond to this EOI by submitting the required documents along with application form by hand or online portal. The application form can be downloaded through FPAN website  https://www.fpan.org. For online portal application, contact at Bolpatra Nepal.
  3. If the last date of summitting the application falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
  4. FPAN reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any application and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
